Even if Gold Beach is not the best known of the 5 D-Day landing beaches, it participated just as much in the liberation of France thanks to the British allies.

You will then take the VéloMaritime to reach Arromanches and discover the Mulberry. You will be able to admire a unique land - sea panorama from the top of the cliffs and set off again in the direction of Longues sur Mer for a stop at the site of the German Battery , still containing
its canons of the time.

Juno

Explore the roads and the area of Courseulles-sur-Mer that our Canadian allies liberated on D-Day. You can make a stop along the way at the British Memorial in Ver-sur-Mer, but also visit the Juno Beach Centre in Courseulles to relive and better understand how this beach, along with Omaha, Utah, Gold Beach, and Sword Beach, contributed to writing a new chapter in history.
